OSERMA drives pavement renewal in Sabadell with a significant reduction in execution time
The intervention, focused on improving sidewalks and urban spaces, will allow the works to be completed in 7 months instead of the 12 initially planned.
OSERMA is currently carrying out the renovation and improvement of sidewalk pavements across several streets in Sabadell, as part of a broader public space enhancement project in Districts I, II and III of the city.
The intervention includes pavement renewal in a total of 11 streets, with particular focus on key urban areas such as Plaça de l’Ajuntament and the surroundings of the church—spaces of significant heritage value and high public use.
One of the most notable aspects of the project is the optimisation of execution timelines. Thanks to efficient planning and precise coordination between teams, the expected completion period has been reduced from 12 to 7 months.
This intervention will help improve the quality, functionality and durability of the urban environment, reinforcing OSERMA’s commitment to the transformation and maintenance of high-quality public spaces.
