Ongoing project
AURAS MASNOU has been designed as a distinctive residential development, featuring two- and three-bedroom homes conceived to enhance spaciousness, natural light and visual connection with the maritime surroundings.
The project includes a variety of residential typologies, notably penthouses with large panoramic terraces overlooking the Barcelona skyline and waterfront, as well as ground-floor homes with private gardens designed to naturally integrate indoor and outdoor living.
The proposal is complemented by an exclusive amenities area focused on comfort and well-being, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spa, sauna, gym, cinema lounge and golf simulator.
From a construction perspective, the project incorporates solutions such as prefabricated balconies together with an integrated planning strategy combining building construction and external urbanisation works within a single development scope.
One of the project’s main challenges lies in the simultaneous coordination of demolition works, building construction and external urbanisation, as well as managing interferences between the different phases of execution.
