At Cardoner Group, we know that strong teams are also built outside the workplace. This October, colleagues from Catalonia, Madrid and the Balearic Islands (Ibiza) swapped construction sites and offices for a day of very different activities.
In Catalonia, some opted for the adrenaline rush of karting and paintball, while others ended up showing off their musical talents during a karaoke session. In Madrid and Ibiza, karting took centre stage, with plenty of corners, overtaking and a healthy dose of competition.
Beyond the activities themselves, these gatherings give us the opportunity to share experiences, get to know each other better and strengthen personal relationships in a setting away from our usual working environment.
With professionals working across different regions, these initiatives help us foster closer connections, team cohesion and a sense of belonging to Cardoner Group.
Whether on the racetrack or the paintball field, the best part is always sharing the experience!
