Two 100% Cardoner projects completed this summer

Promotora del Cardoner completes two residential developments in Manresa and Olesa de Montserrat, delivered through the coordinated involvement of different Cardoner Group divisions.

This summer marks a new milestone for Promotora del Cardoner with the completion of two of its own residential developments: Valencia Street Residential Development in Manresa and Olesa de Montserrat Residential Development.
Two very different projects with one common denominator: a 100% Cardoner model that brings together development, construction, sales and specialist services within the group.

Different divisions, one project: combining expertise and capabilities to manage the entire residential development process in a coordinated way.

At the Valencia Street Residential Development, we have delivered a residential complex comprising two buildings with 31 homes and one commercial unit, parking, storage rooms and communal areas featuring a swimming pool and children’s play area.

At the Olesa de Montserrat Residential Development, the challenge was to revive a development that had been on hold since 2006 and transform it into a new complex of 18 homes — 9 terraced houses and 9 apartments.

Across both developments, the 100% Cardoner model has brought together the capabilities of Promotora del Cardoner, Constructora del Cardoner, Cardoner Real Estate, Fusteria del Cardoner and Cardoner Instal·lacions, integrating development, construction, sales and specialist services under a shared vision.

The completion of these two developments highlights one of Cardoner Group’s key strengths: the ability to coordinate different areas of expertise and specialist knowledge throughout the entire project development process.
