We begin the operation of 19 wastewater treatment plants in the Priorat region.

The contract, awarded by the Agència Catalana de l’Aigua (ACA), strengthens the group’s presence in the management of sanitation infrastructure and public services

We have commenced the operation, maintenance and management contract for the sanitation systems of the Priorat region (Tarragona), which includes the management of 19 wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) and 10 pumping stations, in a joint venture with Ciclagua.
The contract will be delivered through OSERMA, within the Cardoner Aigua division, specialised in the management of infrastructure and services related to the integrated water cycle.

Integrated sanitation management contract covering 19 treatment plants, 10 pumping stations and more than 630,000 m³ of water treated annually.

With a duration of five years, the contract covers the full operational management of the facilities, ensuring the proper functioning of treatment systems and service quality, with an annual treatment volume exceeding 630,000 m³ of water.

The scope includes a wide range of treatment technologies—such as activated sludge, MBR, rotating biological contactors and lagoon systems—requiring specialised technical management tailored to each facility.

The project falls within the field of water infrastructure management, with a focus on operational efficiency, process control and compliance with environmental requirements.

Through this project, we reinforce our activity in the water sector and consolidate the group’s presence in services linked to the integrated water cycle, with a strong territorial footprint and a long-term vision.
