Ibiza, sea and teamwork: a team-building day with our Balearic Islands branch

Kayaking, the Mediterranean Sea, paella, and plenty of opportunities to spend quality time together.

Constructora del Cardoner’s Balearic Islands branch recently held a team-building event in Ibiza, bringing together professionals from the Ibiza and Mallorca teams, along with several members of the company’s management team.

A day dedicated to sharing experiences, strengthening relationships and enjoying one of the Mediterranean’s most spectacular settings together.

The day began with a kayaking route through Ibiza’s crystal-clear waters, an experience that allowed participants to discover some of the island’s most iconic coastal spots while enjoying a different kind of time together, away from the usual pace of construction sites, meetings and projects.

Beyond the sporting activity itself, the event provided an opportunity to further strengthen connections between the different teams within the branch, encouraging closer relationships and a deeper understanding between colleagues.

After a day filled with sea, sunshine and great company, the gathering concluded with a shared dinner centred around excellent paellas, creating the perfect setting to exchange experiences, conversations and plenty of laughter.
