12 brave teammates, 9 jumps and plenty of adrenaline at La Llosa del Cavall

Twelve colleagues from Cardoner Group took on the challenge of bungee jumping during a team-building day filled with adrenaline, great energy and plenty of laughter.

Last Friday, June 19, a group of colleagues from Cardoner Group enjoyed a truly special team-building day at La Llosa del Cavall, in an activity that was as daring as it was unforgettable.

12 teammates stepped up to face the bungee jumping challenge. In the end, 9 of them took the leap.

The idea, originally proposed by Ignasi to celebrate his birthday, combined adrenaline, nature and a strong team spirit. And it certainly did not disappoint.

The most intense moment of the day came during the bungee jumping activity at Bungee.cat, where 12 colleagues signed up for the challenge. One participant was ultimately unable to jump due to technical reasons, and of the 11 who made it to the jump platform, 9 found the courage to leap into the void above the La Llosa del Cavall reservoir.

Because, truthfully, just reaching the jump point already required a great deal of courage—regardless of whether the final step was taken or not. Nerves, excitement, adrenaline… and plenty of laughter made this an experience that will not be forgotten anytime soon.

Beyond the activity itself, the day offered another valuable opportunity to spend quality time together in an environment completely different from the usual rhythm of offices, meetings and construction sites.

After the adrenaline rush, the group shared lunch at Taverna Bastets, bringing the day to a close with great food, conversations and plenty of stories from the experience.

Because at Cardoner Group, building strong teams sometimes also means stepping outside your comfort zone… and, in some cases, literally taking a leap into the void.
