The session, held at the LCI building in Barcelona, focused on modern construction methods and the ongoing transformation of the sector.

On March 18, we took part in a session organised by the Barcelona College of Technical Architecture (CATEB), centred on industrialised construction and emerging execution models within the industry.

The event was hosted at the LCI building in Barcelona, a project delivered by Constructora del Cardoner, which served as a real-case reference to contextualise this type of construction system.

During the session, we presented the residential project Los Rosales de Velilla – Plan Vive III, showcasing an approach where industrialisation is embedded throughout the entire construction process.

The project reflects an integrated approach to industrialised construction, with prefabricated systems applied across foundations, structure, façades and bathroom units, aimed at improving planning, optimising delivery times and enhancing quality control.

The session concluded with a technical visit to the LCI building, offering first-hand insight into its construction process and the challenges associated with this type of project.

Through our participation in initiatives like this, we continue to contribute to a more efficient, controlled and forward-looking construction model.
