Our Madrid branch has completed the three Plan Vive III residential developments, delivered under the CAMESA brand, in partnership with SALAS, in Humanes, Velilla de San Antonio and Torrejón de la Calzada, comprising a total of 263 homes.
These projects demonstrate our ability to deliver major developments simultaneously, combining different construction systems, effective planning and technical coordination.
The largest of the three developments, comprising four residential blocks, parking spaces, storage rooms, a swimming pool, sports facilities and communal areas. The project incorporates a precast concrete structure, load-bearing façade panels and prefabricated bathroom pods, requiring specialist coordination across the different construction systems.

A residential development built using industrialised construction methods, featuring a precast concrete structure and load-bearing façade panels. The development includes underground parking, landscaped gardens and communal areas, combining industrialised solutions with Lean planning.
Torrejón de la Calzada · 61 homes
The El Pinar residential development completes the three projects, comprising two residential blocks, parking spaces, storage rooms and outdoor areas. Built using traditional construction methods, the project incorporates accessibility and functionality criteria alongside Lean planning.
The completion of these three developments consolidates our track record in delivering affordable housing and applying different construction methodologies.
Particularly significant is the integration of industrialised construction solutions in Humanes and Velilla, which required precise coordination between structural systems, façades, building services and on-site teams.
